WWE Raw Review: Live Results, Analysis, and Grades for October 10

Follow along with our live review of Monday’s episode of WWE Raw.

On Monday night, the latest episode of WWE Raw will take place. This will see advancement toward the Hell in a Cell pay-per-view, which recently had matches announced for the show.

One match that got announced will see Sasha Banks defend the Raw Women’s Championship against Charlotte. WWE did not clarify if this would be a Hell in a Cell match, despite the rumors we noted.

The previous episode of Raw saw The Boss defeat The Nature Girl to win the title for a second time. It saw a back and forth contest with Banks getting the win, plus, Dana Brooke wasn’t at ringside. What could be the fallout of this match on Raw? Could Charlotte and Brooke’s tensions increase?

Kevin Owens vs. Seth Rollins for the WWE Universal Championship got confirmed for the Hell in a Cell PPV as well. These two have feuded since the beginning of September, and even wrestled at Clash of Champions. This saw KO win his first title defense, but with controversy. The Architect will get his second opportunity, though, so what will he do to build momentum on Monday?

The first match announced for the October 30th show had been Roman Reigns vs. Rusev for the United States Championship. It’s also the only contest to be confirmed as a Hell in a Cell match. Given how Reigns took out The Bulgarian Brute on last Monday’s Raw, it’s possible we could see some retribution from the latter man.

Braun Strowman made a statement on last Monday’s Raw that he wants tougher competition. This comes after facing jobber opponents since the Brand Extension began in July. The only main roster star to step up has been Sin Cara, but he got squashed in minutes. No one has answered Strowman’s call yet, so who will be the inevitable Superstar to do so?

With this in mind, follow along with our coverage of Raw at 8:00 PM ET!
