Glory Johnson had 17 points and nine rebounds as fourth-ranked Tennessee hung on to beat Vanderbilt 64-57 on Sunday night.

The Lady Volunteers (16-1, 4-0 Southeastern Conference) struggled to stop the Commodores' outside shooting. Vanderbilt (13-5, 2-3) hit 10 of 19 from 3-point range.

Elan Brown hit a shallow jump shot with 1:41 left to cut Tennessee's lead to 57-55. Johnson answered by driving through the lane and hitting a jump shot.

The Lady Vols, who hit an uncharacteristically low 57.7 percent of their free throws, sank five of their last six to seal the win.

Merideth Marsh led Vanderbilt, which has never won in Knoxville, with 23 points and hit five 3s, and Brown added 10.

COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) - Samantha Prahalis scored 23 points and Jantel Lavender added 20 points and 13 rebounds to lead Ohio State.

Sarah Schulze had 13 points and nine rebounds for the Buckeyes (19-1, 7-0 Big Ten), who never trailed in winning their 11th game in a row.

Jori Davis had 17 points, Jamie Braun 11 and Hope Elam 10 for the Hoosiers (9-8, 2-4).

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (AP) - Ashley Houts had 16 points, nine assists and eight rebounds, and No. 6 Georgia rebounded from its first loss of the season.

The Lady Bulldogs (17-1, 4-1 Southeastern Conference), who were handed a 22-point loss Thursday at Vanderbilt, put the game away with a 16-2 run in the second half.

Jasmine Hassell added 14 points and Meredith Mitchell had 11 for Georgia.

Lyndsay Harris scored 17 points to lead Arkansas (8-10, 0-5).

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. (AP) - Chay Shegog scored 17 points, while Italee Lucas bounced back from a scoreless first half to lead North Carolina.

Lucas finished with 12 points for the Tar Heels (14-3, 2-1 Atlantic Coast Conference), who took advantage of repeated turnovers by the Terrapins to take control in the final 7 1/2 minutes.

Lori Bjork scored 18 points to lead Maryland (14-4, 2-2).

WACO, Texas (AP) - Yvonne Turner made six 3-pointers and scored 22 points, Cory Montgomery added 18 points and Nebraska remained unbeaten.

The Cornhuskers (16-0, 3-0 Big 12), who made 12 3-pointers, are one of three unbeaten schools in the country, joining No. 1 Connecticut and No. 17 Wisconsin-Green Bay.

Kelsey Griffin scored 13 points and grabbed 12 rebounds for Nebraska, which ended Baylor's 14-game home winning streak.

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (AP) - Secily Ray scored 16 points and Brittany Waters added 14 to help Wake Forest end a two-game losing streak.

Wake (11-7, 2-2 Atlantic Coast Conference) collected its first win over a ranked team since a 53-46 win over then-No. 10 Texas A&M on Nov. 23, 2007.

Shenise Johnson scored 19 points, Riquna Williams added 17 and Diane Barnes 10 for Miami (13-4, 1-2), which is ranked in the Top 25 for the first time since Feb. 23, 2004 but has lost two straight since beating Florida State 78-71 on Jan. 10.
