No. 23 Green Bay 72, Loyola of Chicago 51

Kayla Tetschlag scored 25 points as No. 23 Wisconsin-Green Bay cruised to a 72-51 victory over Loyola of Chicago 72-51 on Wednesday night.

Green Bay (16-1, 5-0 Horizon League) used a 16-2 run at the beginning of the second half to pull away for its seventh straight win. Lydia Bauer added 12 points for the Phoenix.

Hannah Quilling, who replaced injured guard Adrian Ritchie in Green Bay's starting lineup, had eight points, five assists, four steals and three rebounds.

Brittany Boeke scored 14 points to lead Loyola (8-7, 2-2). Ramblers leading scorer Monica Albano was held to just five points on 1-for-9 shooting.

Loyola shot just 6 of 23 (26.1 percent) and had 17 second-half turnovers after hitting 12 of 23 shots (52.2 percent) in the first half.

With Ritchie out three to four weeks with a sprained MCL, the Phoenix had a different starting lineup for the first time all season and got off to a choppy start. Green Bay shot just 3 for 13 (23.1 percent) from 3-point range and didn't attempt a free throw in the first half.
