Jon Jones says that Jose Aldo deserves an immediate rematch, if Ronda Rousey does
If it seemed strange to you that the UFC is intent on forcing Ronda Rousey and Holly Holm into an immediate rematch despite a complete two-round dismantling of the Rowdy one by Holm, yet there was little to no talk from the promotion about giving Jose Aldo another crack at Conor McGregor after losing in 13 seconds from a single punch, you are not alone. Stripped former light heavyweight champion Jon Jones also thought so.
After all, Dana White used two things as rationale for wanting to force Holm to sit around and wait to fight Rousey -- one, that it will make a lot of money and two, that Rousey deserves an immediate rematch since she was previously such a dominant champion. Perhaps the latter is a good reason.
If Rousey is granted an immediate rematch I would expect the same treatment for Aldo. It only seems right https://t.co/taoqVItasU

If it is, Aldo certainly has earned an immediate rematch as well. After all, he was undefeated for 10 years and a world champion for many more years than Rousey was.
Furthermore, Jones simply thinks a second Aldo vs. McGregor fight would be badass. Like most other fight fans, "Bones" was looking forward to a longer contest between the bitter rivals.
At this point yes still want a longer version of the fight.. It would simply be epic https://t.co/KuV68W0oal
