Murray: 'Unlikely' he will play for Britain against Serbia

LONDON (AP) Wimbledon champion Andy Murray says ''it's looking unlikely'' that he will play for Britain in its Davis Cup quarterfinal against Serbia this week.

At a news conference Monday at the All England Club, Murray says he plans to give Davis Cup captain Leon Smith a final answer later in the day.

Murray says the two spoke at the champion's dinner Sunday night.

Murray adds that even if he doesn't play in the matches, scheduled for Friday through Sunday, he probably still will travel to Belgrade ''just to be there with the team.''

The other members of Britain's team are Murray's brother Jamie, Kyle Edmund, Dan Evans and Dominic Inglot.

Serbia will be without its top two players, No. 1-ranked Novak Djokovic and Viktor Troicki.
