Ze Roberto to leave Hamburger SV

Veteran midfielder Ze Roberto will leave Hamburger SV at the end of the season.

The Bundesliga club says it could not agree a contract extension with Ze Roberto.

The 36-year-old Brazilian wanted a two-year extension, while Hamburg had offered a one-year deal.

Ze Roberto has played for Bayer Leverkusen and Bayern Munich and holds a Bundesliga record for non-German players with 335 games. He scored 38 goals.
