Zaragoza signs Czech midfielder Jarosik

Czech Republic midfielder Jiri Jarosik has completed a transfer to Spain's first-division league side Zaragoza.

Jarosik's agent Jiri Rosicky said Thursday the 32-year-old player signed a contract through the 2010-11 season. Jarosik transfers from Russian club Krylya Sovetov Samara, where his contract expired.

Jarosik's previous clubs include Chelsea and Birmingham in the Premier League and Scottish side Celtic.

Jarosik has played 23 games for the Czech Republic and joined Chelsea from CSKA Moscow in January 2005 on an ?8 million transfer.

In 2003, Jarosik led CSKA Moscow to its first title in 12 years.
