Watch: Mesut Ozil caps Arsenal's comeback with winner vs. Ludogorets

Arsenal was pushed more than it might've expected to be by Champions League minnow Ludogorets, but the in-form Mesut Ozil was there to save the day and punch Arsenal's ticket to the knockout stage yet again with a tremendous finish.

With the clubs tied 2-2 in the 87th minute, Ozil ran onto a ball over the top by Mohamed Elneny. Ozil then lobbed the goalkeeper, exhibited extreme composure and patience as he deked a pair of defenders and then finished into an empty net for the emphatic winner.

Arsenal was in a 2-0 hole 15 minutes in, but Granit Xhaka and the returning Olivier Giroud scored before halftime to bring the Gunners level.

That set the stage for Ozil to stun the Bulgarian hosts, which he did beautifully:

Arsenal and PSG are both through to the knockout stage from Group A with two games to spare, but with both on 10 points, it will be a battle to the end to see which goes through as the top seed.

They meet in the next group game on Nov. 23.
