Watch Laurent Koscielny get a bicycle (goal) on his birthday

Birthdays are the best. You get cake, you get presents, people are (generally) nice to you and you can do pretty much whatever you want. Laurent Koscielny capitalized on that latter facet of birthday magic, scoring an absolute sizzler of a bicycle kick against Southampton on Saturday.

Now, that's how you celebrate your 31st. How often do you see a center back pull off that kind of skill? I was under the impression that there was an unwritten understanding that center backs aren't supposed to show up every other attacking player on the pitch, but I guess I was mistaken.

Koscielny had scored 15 times in his previous 182 Premier League appearances, but this one has to be extra special for the Frenchman. That lovely overhead kick drew Arsenal equal with Southampton, and the Gunners went on to win the match, 2-1.
