Two Premier League matches postponed in Scotland
Two matches have been postponed in the Scottish Premier League this weekend because of freezing conditions and recent snowfall across the country.
The SPL says Celtic's home game against Kilmarnock and Motherwell's match at Dundee United, both scheduled for Saturday, have been called off on the advice of police.
SPL chief executive Neil Doncaster said Thursday that "when police advice is on the grounds of safety, we have no choice but to postpone the games."
Hamilton's match against Hibernian at New Douglas Park is also in doubt, but the SPL says the other three games are expected to go ahead as scheduled.
All six matches in the SPL were postponed last weekend.
