Tottenham's Rafael van der Vaart out for 6 weeks

Tottenham says playmaker Rafael van der Vaart will be out for up to six weeks with a hamstring tear.

The Netherlands international injured his left hamstring in Sunday's 5-1 home loss to Manchester City.

Spurs have lost both Premier League matches so far this season.
