Tottenham v Blackpool preview
Tottenham will be without Tom Huddlestone and Benoit Assou-Ekotto for the game. Huddlestone's ankle problem is still troubling him and Assou-Ekotto has a hamstring complaint, while Vedran Corluka is also unlikely to play after picking up a hamstring injury in last week's defeat to Chelsea. Jonathan Woodgate (calf), Ledley King (groin), Wilson Palacios and Alan Hutton (both knee) are all unavailable. Blackpool manager Ian Holloway has no new injury concerns. James Beattie has recovered from the illness that kept him out of the goalless draw with Stoke last weekend, meaning Holloway should have a virtually full squad to choose from for the game at White Hart Lane. David Carney, whose season has been ended by a shoulder problem, is the only definite absentee. Tottenham (from): Gomes, Cudicini, Pletikosa, Corluka, Assou-Ekotto, Bassong, Gallas, Dawson, Kaboul, Lennon, Kranjcar, Pienaar, Sandro, Modric, Jenas, Rose, Bale, Kranjcar, Van der Vaart, Defoe, Pavlyuchenko, Crouch. Blackpool (from): Gilks, Eardley, Cathcart, Crainey, Evatt, Southern, Adam, Varney, Taylor-Fletcher, Campbell, Grandin, Baptiste, Sylvestre, Puncheon, Vaughan, Phillips, Ormerod, Beattie, Reid, Kornilenko, Rachubka, Kingson.
