This Dad of the Year blocked his toddler from getting hit in the face by a shot

Not all heroes wear capes. Sometimes they wear Burnley beanies.

The first row right behind the goal is a dangerous place to take a child for this very specific reason. It's not unlikely that you get a shot zooming at you and if you're carrying the child, you're limited in your ability to get your hands in front of the kid. That's why it needs to be a team effort, with one carrying the child and the other playing defense.

This great teamwork was probably inspired by their team. After all, Burnley managed a draw against Premier League leaders Chelsea. But it was this dad who stole the show.
