Celtic threw away the lead and lost 2-1 at Hearts on Sunday to fall
four points behind Rangers in the Scottish Premier League.
Although Greek striker Georgios Samaras gave Celtic a 21st
minute lead, Michael Stewart equalized from the penalty spot in the
32nd minute after Gary Caldwell had been sent off for a
professional foul on Jamie Mole.
Although 10-man Celtic dominated, Ismael Bouzid headed home a
cross from David Templeton in the 76th minute for a winner that
sent Hearts up from ninth to seventh.
Rangers has 37 points from 16 games after crushing Motherwell
6-1 on Saturday and Celtic has 33 after its third defeat of the
season.
