Roma: City may make move for Motta
Roma defender Marco Motta could be on his way to big-spending
Manchester City, according to the Serie A club's sporting director.
The 23-year-old right-back has fallen out of favour with
Claudio Ranieri at the Stadio Olimpico and City boss Roberto
Mancini is reportedly interested in capturing the Italian.
Roma sporting director Daniele Prade admits a deal could be
done, although there are a few possible snags in any potential
transfer.
"I spoke with Giuseppe Bozzo, agent of Motta, who confirmed
the interest of Manchester City," he told Sky Italia.
"There is a possibility of a loan but I have not yet spoken
with the English club.
"There are some things to consider because the player is in a
co-ownership between Roma and Udinese."
