Premier League Leicester swoop to complete double signing

Leicester have signed midfielder N'Golo Kante from Caen on a four-year deal for an undisclosed fee, believed to be £5.6million, as well as completing a deal for Yohan Benalouane.

Kante will make the move to the King Power Stadium subject to international clearance and approval from the Premier League and the FA.

The 24-year-old becomes City's fourth signing of the summer but the first under new boss Claudio Ranieri, with Robert Huth, Christian Fuchs and Shinji Okazaki having joined before the Italian arrived.

Kante, who has a reputation as a tough tackler, scored two goals in 37 appearances for Caen last season.

The signing of Kante was followed quickly by that of Atalanta defender Benalouane on Monday.

Tunisia Benalouane has penned a four-year deal at the club for an undisclosed fee.
