Potters line up Ridgewell offer
Pulis is looking for another centre-half after allowing Abdoulaye Faye to leave the club - and the Welshman sees Ridgewell as the perfect candidate. The 26-year-old can also play at left-back, another area Pulis is looking to strengthen in this summer, and Birmingham are unlikely to stand in his way should he want a move back to the Premier League. Ridgewell has made 156 appearances for Blues since a £2million move from city rivals Aston Villa in the summer of 2007. Stoke are also keen on Ridgewell's St Andrew's team-mate Cameron Jerome, while Tuesday's Daily Mirror claims Craig Gardner is also a target. The Potters had a £4million bid rejected for Jerome, 24, in January.
