O'Hara happy with Wolves' targets
Mick McCarthy has added two players to his squad this summer, with O'Hara snapped up from Tottenham and Dorus De Vries drafted in after parting company with Swansea. O'Hara has returned to Molineux after taking in a productive loan spell last season and believes he has joined a forward-thinking club. Wolves are looking to bring in further fresh faces before the 2011/12 campaign gets underway, with the likes of Matt Mills and Paul Konchesky on McCarthy's wish list. O'Hara believes the club need to focus on that standard of player if they are to improve next season and is confident the board will provided the necessary backing to the manager in the transfer market. "Am I encouraged by the players we are after? Definitely!" O'Hara said in the Birmingham Mail. "Even looking at what players they've been linked with, they're top class players." He added: "I didn't realise what following the club had until I came here. "But now I'm involved with it, I know Wolves is a massive club. If we can bring in a couple of top quality players to strengthen the squad, it will add competition to a great squad we've got. "I think next season is going to be big for us and seeing the fixtures, if we can get off to a flying start, we can really have a good go at it."
