Hatem Ben Arfa ended Newcastle's wait for a Premier League goal after 411 minutes to clinch a 1-0 victory over Fulham on Saturday.

The France winger cut in from the right and weaved through the defense before shooting past goalkeeper David Stockdale in the 86th minute.

Not only did he claim Newcastle's first league win of the season, but scored his team's first goal since the penultimate game of last season.

The northeast club has four points from its opening three matches, while Fulham has three.
