Marino brought back in by Udinese
Udinese have reappointed Pasquale Marino as coach after sacking
Gianni De Biasi following Saturday's 3-0 defeat at Genoa.
Marino was only dismissed himself by Udinese just before
Christmas, but has been brought back to the club following De
Biasi's short reign.
De Biasi won just one Serie A game during his time at the
helm, with the defeat at Genoa leaving Udinese one point outside
the relegation zone.
"Udinese Calcio confirm the squad has been handed back to
Pasquale Marino and his staff," read the statement.
"Udinese Calcio also thank Gianni De Biasi for his hard work
and professionalism during this time."
Marino's first game back in charge will be at home to
Cagliari on Wednesday before champions and Serie A leaders Inter
Milan visit next weekend.
