Lionel Messi hasn't had any problem adjusting to life with Inter Miami.
In 11 games for the David Beckham-backed MLS club, he has recorded 11 goals and eight assists, and the club has an unbeaten record of 10-1-0 (W-D-L) in games Messi has played in. Messi has won one trophy with Inter Miami so far: the 2023 Leagues Cup.
July 21, Leagues Cup: vs. Cruz Azul (1 goal)
Messi had a debut straight out of a movie script. After coming on a substitute in the 54th minute, he scored Inter Miami's match-winner from a free kick in the third minute of stoppage time.

July 25, Leagues Cup: @ Atlanta United FC (2 goals, 2 assists)
Messi got his first start for Inter Miami in his second match, and he showed just how much damage he can with a full 90 minutes, scoring two goals and dishing out two assists.

August 2, Leagues Cup: @ Orlando City SC (2 goals)
It's not just Messi's famous left foot that's lethal. Against Inter Miami's interstate rivals Orlando City, Messi scored two goals, the second of which was with his right foot, and on the first touch, too.
Messi's first was a volley from point-blank rage.

August 6, Leagues Cup: vs. FC Dallas (2 goals, 1 assist)
Within his first four games, Messi established a reputation for scoring clutch free kicks. After scoring the match-winner from a free kick in his debut, Messi scored the game-tying goal in Inter Miami's round of 16 tilt with FC Dallas in the Leagues Cup. It was also his second of the match.

Messi's streak of multi-goal games ended on Saturday, but he's still scored in every match, and Inter Miami still hasn't lost in the Messi era.

August 15, Leagues Cup: vs. Philadelphia Union (1 goal, 1 assist)
Philadelphia Union goalkeeper Andre Blake probably could have done more to save Messi's, and the Union's back line definitely could have stepped up to him sooner, but when you consider that Messi's been making defenses look foolish for the last two decades, it's hard to blame anyone, really.

August 19, Leagues Cup final: vs. Nashville SC (1 goal)
Messi opened the scoring in the first-ever Leagues Cup final with an absolute stunner in the 23rd minute, but Nashville's Fafà Picault tied things up in the 57th minute.
After two extra time periods, Inter Miami won in penalties, giving Messi his first trophy with the MLS side.

August 23, U.S. Open Cup semifinal: vs. FC Cincinnati (2 assists)
Messi's streak of games with a goal ended in the U.S. Open Cup semifinal against Cincinnati, but he still made his mark on the game, assisting two goals and converting his penalty in the shootout. His second assist came in the 97th minute and sent the match to extra time.
August 26, MLS: vs. New York Red Bulls (1 goal)
Over a month into his tenure with Inter Miami, Messi made his MLS regular season debut — and he didn't disappoint. Coming on as a substitute in the 60th minute, Messi scored Miami's second goal to seal the 2-0 win.

Inter Miami's visit to the defending MLS Cup champions marked one of the most-demanded tickets in MLS' 27-year history. Messi's first assist came in the 51st minute after placing a perfect through ball to Jordi Alba, who scored the match's second goal. Messi passed to Leonardo Campana, who had a wide-open shot at the net, in the 83rd minute.
