Leicester City: Extra tickets go on sale for Copenhagen clash
Extra tickets have been made available to fans as Leicester City carry on their European tour to Copenhagen after initial tickets sold out.
Initially, Leicester City were allocated 3,400 seats in the Parken Stadium in the capital of Denmark.
These quickly sold out however as foxes fans rushed to accompany the squad on their European tour which has so far been incredibly successful.
Taking 6 points from a possible 6, Leicester sit at the top of Group G, looking down on Copenhagen who are currently second on 4 points.
Favourites of the group FC Porto however sit in third place having lost last night to Leicester 1 – 0.
FC Porto also drew against Copenhagen in their opening game of the group, proving that Copenhagen are no pushovers, despite being tipped to struggle in the competition.
Leicester fans will be happy to hear that there are now 3,800 seats available, with 400 having gone on sale this morning.
Tickets are on sale for season ticket holders with 150+ points or more and if they do not sell out they will be made available to other members.
Tickets are priced at £65 per adult and £52 per under 15.
The sale dates are as follows:
As the foxes are traveling abroad, the club are offering a flight service which is partnered with air travel providers Thomas Cook.
Due to the additional tickets being made available, the club has advised that they will be running a ‘higher capacity air travel service’ however availability is limited.
Should you chose to use Leicester’s Thomas Cook offer, the trip will include a match ticket so any fans travelling with Thomas Cook Sport need not apply for match tickets through Leicester City themselves.
