Lambert keeping eye on market

The Canaries chief has already spent much of the summer frantically drafting fresh faces into his squad. With the Canaries preparing to make their return to the Premier League, new recruits were always going to be vital. Lambert has been able to secure deals, either short-term or permanent, for Kyle Naughton, James Vaughan, Ritchie De Laet, Steve Morison, Anthony Pilkington, Elliott Bennett and Bradley Johnson. He believes he is now well-stocked, but is refusing to rule out further raids before the transfer window slams shut on 31st August. "I won't just buy someone for the sake of bringing them in," said the Scot. "I am delighted with the squad that's here at the minute but if you can improve you try to do it. "I've brought in roughly the number I said we'd need. "There might be room for manoeuvre somewhere along the line, but I am delighted with the group."
