Knight not thinking of England

Knight, who has won two caps, insists he is only focused in keeping the club in the top flight. He said: "With the England thing, it's nice to get those kind of words from the manager. It boosts your confidence. "Since he has come in, he's given everyone a lot of encouragement. I just want to do well for Bolton and, whatever comes after that comes."
