Japan arrives in South Africa for World Cup

Japan's national football team has arrived for the World Cup in South Africa, where the players were greeted by a choir and a group of fans blowing vuvuzelas.

Japan, which will play in Group E with the Netherlands, Cameroon and Denmark, will be based in George and play matches in Bloemfontein, Durban and Rustenburg.

Upon arrival at the airport, the players made their way to a bus for the short ride to the Fancourt golf resort, one of South Africa's top courses.

Japan has lost four straight friendly matches heading into the World Cup.
