"I am over my illness and it was a shame I had to come off so early against Tottenham," Dyer told the Daily Mirror. "But I have been training all week so I am ready and raring to go. "I am nearly 100 per cent and it is nice that people are saying that I am playing really well and there is still more to come. "It is great to be playing again. I have the enthusiasm and I hope to have a big season."
