A picture of an unknown boy wearing a Lionel Messi jersey made out of a plastic bag has sparked a search for him ever since it hit the Internet this week, with sports fans everywhere hoping he comes forward to get a real Messi jersey.

No official word yet from Messi or his representatives on whether they're joining the hunt.
