England soccer fans melt down on Twitter after stunning loss to Iceland
Unless you've been living under a rock the last few hours -- or at least weren't on the internet -- you know that Iceland beat England 2-1 in the Euro 2016 knockout round in one of the most shocking upsets in recent memory. Iceland (as it's been well-reported) is a country which is home to just 330,000 total citizens, making it roughly the size of Corpus Christi, TX.
Yet while the folks in Iceland are partying hard back home (check out the video below) thanks to this monumental upset the situation is just as dire in England. It's another upset, on another grand stage, for one of the most star-crossed clubs anywhere in international soccer.
