England sets up Feb. friendly against Netherlands

England's Football Association says the national team will play fellow 2012 European Championship qualifier the Netherlands in a rescheduled friendly match at Wembley on Feb. 29.

The teams were due to meet in August but the match was canceled for safety reasons following three nights of rioting in London.

Their last match was in Amsterdam in August 2009, when two second-half goals from striker Jermain Defoe earned England a 2-2 draw.

The Dutch, runners-up at last year's World Cup, have won four of their 18 matches against England, losing five times and drawing the other nine.

The two countries were kept apart in Friday's draw for the group stage of Euro 2012 in Ukraine and Poland.
