Dutch Eredivisie Roundup, Oct. 27

PSV Eindhoven outplayed Vitesse Arnhem 2-0 to extend its unbeaten run to 11 games and maintain top spot in the Dutch league.

Balazs Dzsudzsak converted a penalty and set up Jonathan Reis for the other.

Also Wednesday, Mounir El Hamdaoui scored twice in Ajax's 3-1 win over SC Heerenveen. Captain Luis Suarez fed El Hamdaoui for the 11th minute opener before Bas Dost's header gave Heerenveen hope but the Morocco forward volleyed the second three minutes after the break.

Leftback Vurnon Anita scored a solo effort six minutes from time to hand Ajax the win.

PSV has 27 points, two more than last season's champion FC Twente. Ajax is third with 24.

Feyenoord recovered from its historic 10-0 drubbing at PSV Eindhoven with a 3-0 win over fellow struggler VVV Venlo. Georginio Wijnaldum scored twice and defender Andre Bahia headed the third for Feyenoord.
