Mido and Miralem Sulejmani scored Sunday in Ajax's 2-0 win at VVV-Venlo, ending the Amsterdam club's three-game run without a victory.

Eyong Enoh put Mido through for the opening goal in the 62nd before Sulejmani combined with Morocco forward Mounir El Hamdaoui for the second in the 70th.

Feyenoord also secured only its fourth win of the season, beating ADO The Hague 2-1 off two goals by Aleksander Radosavljevic and Luc Castaignos. Dmitri Bulykin was on target for ADO.

FC Twente beat NEC Nijmegen 4-2 to snap a two-game losing streak on Saturday.

The win helped Twente join PSV Eindhoven at the top of the league standings. PSV lost 4-2 at NAC Breda on Friday.

PSV and Twente have 34 points each, three more than Ajax.

Alje Schut and Willy Overtoom scored a goal each to give Heracles Almelo a 2-1 win over FC Utrecht. Ricky van Wolfswinkel missed a penalty for Utrecht before Tim Cornelisse pulled one back 13 minutes before the end.

Also Sunday, Wiljan Pluim's equalizer earned Vitesse Arnhem a 1-1 draw at De Graafschap.

On Saturday, Roda JC beat FC Groningen 1-0 while AZ Alkmaar drew 2-2 against SC Heerenveen. Last-place Willem II drew 1-1 against fellow struggler Excelsior Rotterdam.
