Colombia books WCup place with 3 second-half goals

Colombia booked its World Cup place with three second-half goals to draw Chile 3-3 on Friday.

Chile led 3-0 at the break, but Colombia rebounded with a 69th-minute goal from Teofilio Gutierrez and two penalties by Falcao in the 75th and 84th.

Chile needs at least a draw against Ecuador on Tuesday in its final group match to earn one of four automatic berths from the South American region. The fifth-place team faces a playoff with Jordan for another spot in Brazil.

Arturo Vidal converted a penalty in the 19th minute, and Alexis Sanchez scored in the 22nd and 29th minutes.

Colombia is the third South American team confirmed for next year's tournament. Argentina had already advanced and Brazil qualifies as host.
