Chicharito scores again to move to the top of the Bundesliga goal scorers list

Nobody in the Bundesliga has scored more goals than Javier "Chicharito" Hernandez this season. That's because the Mexican found the back of the net again on Saturday, scoring to wrap up Bayer Leverkusen's vital 2-0 win over Borussia Dortmund for his fifth goal of the campaign.

Chicharito is now even with Robert Lewandowski, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, Vedad Ibisevic and Anthony Modeste atop the Bundesliga's goal scoring chart, which is pretty good company to be in. But it gets even more impressive -- Chicharito has scored his five goals in just five matches.

The Mexican broke his hand before the season and missed the first match of the season. But ever since he got back, he's been unstoppable, scoring five in the Bundesliga and even adding one more earlier this week in the Champions League.

Bayer Leverkusen got off to a slow start this season, but their win over Borussia Dortmund has fired them up to seventh and right back in the race for a Champions League place. With the way Chicharito is playing, scoring goals is hardly going to be a problem for Bayer, and all of a sudden they have to be feeling very good about their chances to keep moving up the table.
