Carlos Tevez, Oscar linked to big-money transfers to Chinese clubs

South American stars Carlos Tevez and Oscar could be the latest big-name players signing for big money in China.

Multiple reports have linked the two with lucrative transfers to the Chinese Super League, with Oscar himself saying that a move from Chelsea to Shanghai SIPG is "90%" completed. The club has reportedly offered Chelsea £60 million for his services, and he would join countryman Hulk and play under former Chelsea manager Andre Villas-Boas should the move come to fruition.

Oscar, 25, has not been a regular part of Chelsea manager Antonio Conte's rotation, appearing in nine matches and starting just five of the club's opening 15 Premier League fixtures.

The 32-year-old Tevez, meanwhile, is reportedly in line to move to Shanghai Shenhua in a £63 million transfer from Boca Juniors in his homeland of Argentina. He would reportedly be signed for £31.5 million on a two-year deal, adding a unique destination to a resume that also includes Manchester United and Juventus.

The moves would be the latest swoop for the Chinese top flight, which has already recruited the high-profile likes of Jackson Martinez, Alex Teixeira, Gervinho, Graziano Pelle, Ramires, Fredy Guarin, Fredy Montero, Demba Ba, Burak Yilmaz, Papiss Cisse, Asamoah Gyan, Tim Cahill, Paulinho and Obafemi Martins.
