Barcelona star Suarez takes center stage in new Pepsi commercial

Barcelona striker Luis Suarez has taken time away from the pitch to star in a funny new Pepsi commercial.

During the advertisement, the Uruguayan -- who has been in incredible form for the Catalan giants this season -- pops out of an unsuspecting dude's TV screen after headlining as a character in his soccer video game. 

The 29-year-old then goes about breaking the guy's routine, by giving him tips on his hair style, his football skills and how to charm women.

Barcelona may have been knocked out of the Champions League and dipped in La Liga, but Suarez is enjoying his best season with 34 goals so far in the league and 53 in all competitions.

And, after his four-goal haul against Sporting Gijon last weekend, the controversial character is in pole position to land the Pichichi and European Golden Shoe awards.
