Barcelona holds last day of memorial tribute to Johan Cruyff

BARCELONA, Spain (AP) Barcelona is holding its final day of tribute to soccer great Johan Cruyff at the Camp Nou Stadium.

Although the stadium opened its doors Saturday to a stream of thousands of mourning fans, Tuesday is the first day when members of the Cruyff family will participate, with son Jordi Cruyff expected to say a few words.

Barcelona's entire team paid homage to the former player and coach with a minute's silence before training began.

Former Barcelona president Sandro Rosell and his father were among the early visitors to pay their respects within the garland-strewn hall temporarily dedicated as a memorial chapel to Cruyff.

The club says that since Saturday more than 44,000 mourners had filed past the spot where a banner hangs saying ''Thanks Johan.''
