Albania hold Denmark to goalless draw in European qualifier

Denmark - Denmark failed to take its chance to move away from Albania in their European Championship group with a 0-0 draw Friday, while Serbia beat Armenia 2-0.
Sokol Cikalleshi's header in the 23rd minute almost put the visitors ahead but Denmark dominated the second half with attempts by Nicolai Jorgensen, Nicklas Bendtner and Daniel Agger. Portugal leads Group I with 12 points, ahead of Denmark and Albania on 11.
At the bottom of the group, Serbia went ahead in the 22nd when Andrija Zivkovic put the ball toward the line with defender Levon Hayrapetyan getting the final touch for an own goal. Adem Ljajic capitalized on a rebound in the 53rd to add a second goal.
