WWE's Roman Reigns comes through for fan dying of cancer

Wrestling fan Kenneth Fulcher Sr., from Roanoke, Va., is battling Stage IV lung cancer.

One of the things helping Fulcher, who is confined to a hospital bed when at home, with his struggle is his reguarly scheduled date night with his wife, revolving around the couple watching WWE programming.

Last weekend, Fulcher and his family not only attended a local WWE event, but also got to go backstage and meet some of the wrestlers; this included Fulcher's favorite superstar, Roman Reigns, who shared an emotional visit with the family.

Fulchers's granddaughter also helped up a sign during the show that read, "We don't experience fear, and we don't back down," which is one of Reigns' catchphrases.
