Wild recall Schroeder, place Zucker on IR

Speedy winger Jason Zucker has been placed on injured reserve with a concussion, while the Minnesota Wild have recalled forward Jordan Schroeder to replace him.

Zucker left the Wild's Stadium Series tilt with the Chicago Blackhawks after a hit from Michal Rozsival in the second period that led to a five-minute penalty and a game misconduct.

Zucker has 12 goals and 10 assists in 58 games for Minnesota this season.

Schroeder has appeared in 13 games for the Wild this season, notching one goal, and has 35 points in 30 games for the AHL's Iowa Wild.
