Wild recall forward Joel Eriksson Ek

The Minnesota Wild recalled forward Joel Eriksson Ek from Iowa on Wednesday afternoon.

Eriksson Ek, the Wild's first-round pick in 2015, has tallied three points and 37 shots on goal in 20 games with Minnesota this season. He's totaled seven points in seven games with Iowa in the American Hockey League.

The 20-year-old was last up with the NHL club Nov. 20.
