Week 10 NFL awards: Best and worst from Sunday's action

By Andy Nesbitt, FOXSports.comWorst job of defending a Hail Mary: James Ihedigbo, Baltimore Ravens. Here's some advice for all the defensive backs out there: Just knock the ball down, not up. Why don't you tip the ball up? Because something like this could happen:

Best job of turning a questionable decision into an amazing play: Tavon Austin, St. Louis Rams. The highly touted rookie out of West Virginia finally had a huge game, scoring 3 TDs in the Rams' surprising romp over the Colts. This 98-yard punt return was his best TD, especially considering how he probably shouldn't have fielded the ball at the 2-yard line.

Best one-handed grab for a TD with 1 second remaining in the first half: Golden Tate, Seattle Seahawks. The one-handed grab is pretty sweet, but then being able to get both feet in bounds? Nasty.

Worst job of trying to pick up a first down on fourth and short in overtime: Giovani Bernard, Cincinnati Bengals. The Bengals needed two yards to pick up a first down and inch closer to a possible game-winning field goal. So what happened? The rookie running back did this:

Best job of showing a ref that you care about him after making a sack: Vinny Curry, Philadelphia Eagles. Curry showed us all his tough side by absolutely leveling Packers QB Scott Tolzien. Then he showed us all his soft side:

Best way of sealing your team's first win of the season: William Blackmon, Jacksonville Jaguars. Just when it looked like the Titans might make a comeback, Blackmon scooped up a Ryan Fitzpatrick fumble and ran untouched into the end zone, sending tens of people back in Jacksonville into hysterics.

Best quote by a player after losing to the Jacksonville Jaguars: Delanie Walker, Tennessee Titans. Was Walker happy about his team's loss to the lowly Jaguars? No, no he wasn't. Check out this quote, courtesy of Terry McCormick of Titans Insider:

“It's disgusting. I'm disappointed. I'm embarrassed. A team that's 0-8 comes in here and beats us? Beats us on our home field, that's 0-8, the Jaguars? Come on,” Walker said. “Talking about first place? Talking about first place? We just got whooped by the Jaguars. We ain't talking first place no more. It's out the window. We've got to come back and play the Colts. I don't know how everybody's gonna handle it. I mean, we lost to the Jaguars.”

Worst job of sticking the landing on a chest-bump celebration: Andre Brown, New York Giants. Brown was pretty excited after scoring the go-ahead touchdown against the Raiders. But you have to stay focused throughout your entire celebration:

Funniest fan of the day: This little kid. What do you do when your favorite team is up by 23 points on the road? This:

Best job of pulling off a perfect flea flicker: Russell Wilson, Marshawn Lynch,  Jermaine Kearse, Seattle Seahawks. How do you pull of a perfect flea flicker? Like this:

Best photo of a running back who has three arms and four legs: DeAngelo Williams, Carolina Panthers. We know he doesn't have three arms and four legs, but still this shot from Carolina's win over the 49ers is cool.

Best job by a linebacker of showing us all why he's not a WR: Karlos Dansby, Arizona Cardinals. If Dansby catches the ball he walks into the end zone for six points. But he didn't catch the ball ... Houston's  DeAndre Hopkins did and got a first down.

Best photo of a guy trying to score a TD without his helmet on: David Reed, Indianapolis Colts. Reed thought he had scored a TD but the call was reversed because his helmet fell off before he scored and per NFL rules a play is supposed to be ruled dead as soon a player loses his helmet.

Best Andre Johnson impersonation: Andre Johnson, Houston Texans. Johnson is just a ridiculously good receiver. Here is more proof of that:

Weirdest tweet by a player on his bye week: Brandon Spikes, New England Patriots. The LB tweeted a lot Sunday ... and this one was his best:

Weirdest looking hand: Clay Matthews, Green Bay Packers. Matthews returned to the lineup for the first time since breaking his right thumb last month.

Worst attempt at scrambling out of the pocket: E.J. Manuel, Buffalo Bills. The rookie, making his first start since being injured in Week 5, is probably still feeling this one:

Best pass thrown by a coach during pregame warmups: Jim Harbaugh, San Francisco 49ers. The former NFL QB still has some game left in him:

Worst reaction by a team's fanbase during a harmless halftime show. New York Giants fans. Who boos a dog?

Best job by a cheerleader of making all of her hair stand up: This Falcons cheerleader. Now that's talent.
