National League MVP Bryce Harper, the youngest unanimous MVP in MLB history, is looking to stay on top by adding some explosiveness in his lower body. Cue the box jumps.
Training videos showing impressive plyometrics feats has become a bit of a trend but it appears that the exercise is a new thing for Harper, who commented "Just the start, but I'll take it for now #55inch."

Of course the best part of the video is the celebratory "Yeahhhhh!!!" Harper's head is cut off in the frame and it kind of doesn't sound like him, producing a bad Kung Fu movie dub quality.
