Watch: BYU's Nick Emery ejected for sucker-punching, trash-talking Utah's Brandon Taylor
Toward the end of a Utah men's basketball 83-75 victory over BYU on Wednesday, BYU freshman guard Nick Emery wound up and clobbered senior guard Brandon Taylor of Utah.
"Basically [Emery] punched Brandon and I watched him tell him to stay on the ground after he punched," Utah coach Larry Krystkowiak said. "That's what got my undies in a little bit of a bunch."
Officials gave Emery a flagrant 2 foul and ejected him from the game. If this is Emery's style, he may want to look into UFC training instead of hoops.
