WATCH: Baba Booey's horrible first pitch gets hilarious documentary treatment

"The Howard Stern Show" is currently celebrating the 25th anniversary of executive producer Gary Dell'Abate getting his iconic nickname, Baba Booey.

For those who don't know, Dell'Abate mistakenly referred to the cartoon, "Baba Looey" as "Baba Booey" during the show on July 26, 1990, and the rest is history.

In honor of the historic pop culture moment, the Stern Show is currently celebrating all things Booey each weekend on SiriusXM's Howard 101 and on HowardStern.com.

As part of the celebration, the show recently paid tribute to Dell'Abate's infamous awful first pitch that took place at Citi Field before a Mets game on May 9, 2009.

The show gave the embarrassing moment the "30-for-30" treatment (which you can see above), complete with appearances by Jimmy Kimmel, FOX Sports' Kevin Burkhardt, Peter Gammons, Dan Patrick and more.

As a bonus, The Howard Stern Show also put together this video that breaks down the worst ceremonial first pitches of all time.

And a Baba Booey to you all.
