Washington (D.C.) forward commits to Dayton
Dayton's 2015 basketball recruiting class expanded to three players Wednesday with the verbal commitment of Sam Miller.
A 6-8 three-star forward from Washington (D.C.) Gonzaga, Miller also had offers from Penn State, Rutgers and Siena according to Scout.com.
He told Scout national recruiting analyst Brian Snow he chose the Flyers because he sees himself being able to play early and having the opportunity to improve over his four years in the Gem City.
Miller is the first out-of-state recruit for UD in this class and joins previous verbal commitments Xeyrius Williams of Huber Heights Wayne and Ryan Mikesell of St. Henry as members so far.
