Vikings sign DT Raciti, waive RB Ross

The Minnesota Vikings have signed former San Jose State defensive tackle Travis Raciti and waived running back Brandon Ross.

Raciti started in 45 career games for the Spartans, earning All-Mountain West Conference honors twice. He was a member of the Philadelphia Eagles' practice squad last season.

Ross signed with the Vikings earlier this month as an undrafted free agent after racking up 958 rushing yards and 10 touchdowns in just 12 games for Maryland last season, registering 6.5 yards per carry.
