Thunder send Ryan Gomes to Celtics in three-team trade

OKLAHOMA CITY -- The three-team trade between Memphis, Boston and Oklahoma City was made official Tuesday morning.

The Thunder sent Ryan Gomes and cash to Boston and received a pair of conditional second-round draft picks from Memphis.

The Grizzlies gave OKC it's 2014 second-round pick, which it had acquired from Philadelphia. Also, OKC got the second-round pick from Memphis for the 2017 draft.

Gomes had appeared in just five games this season for the Thunder, playing less than 7 minutes per game. He was never part of the Thunder's rotation after signing with the team in the offseason.

The move pushes OKC under the salary cap and leaves the team with two open roster spots.
