Sights & Sounds: Getting ready for Sunday's race at NHMS

It's race day at the 'Magic Mile' of New Hampshire Motor Speedway. This marks the 19th race of the 2015 season, and Joe Gibbs Racing's Carl Edwards will start the day from the pole position. 

Edwards' team wasted no time Sunday morning preparing for the day's race, as each organization pushed their cars through the NASCAR technical inspection line and went through their final checklists. 

While the crews were hard at work, the drivers were spending their time with sponsors, hospitality guests and fans. 

Actor Adam Sandler is serving as the Grand Marshal for Sunday's race, and explained his love for NASCAR and desire to play Ricky Bobby in the movie Talladega Nights. 

Sandler wasn't the only celebrity taking in Sunday's race at New Hampshire, however. 

The driver/crew chief meeting is in the books, and the competitors have their sights on the big prize, which just happens to be a giant rock lobster.
