The offseason ended with a bang in the Southeastern Conference.

In the final weekend before practices begin around the region, two SEC teams made news with one adding a player and another apparently losing one.

Ole Miss finally made it official that it is bringing in former Oregon quarterback Jeremiah Masoli, who was kicked off his last team after pleading guilty to second-degree burglary that included stolen laptops and later was given a ticket for misdemeanor possession of marijuana and driving with a suspended license.
