Ryan Kesler credits NHL '94 on Sega Genesis for getting him into hockey
Ryan Kesler admits that watching hockey on TV growing up was boring. Here's what he said really got him into the sport:
In Kesler's "How We Play Hockey In America," posted to The Players' Tribune on Thursday, the Anaheim Ducks star talked about growing up with the sport, getting cut many times and the important "workhorse" lessons he was taught by his father.
It truly is a fascinating read that puts Kesler, in his 12th NHL season and third with the Ducks, in the driver's seat in his hockey career.
